
Ok, I lose +- 30kgs. 12 kgs in one year sebab on off (malas). Another 20kgs in 5 months. ❤️Minum banyak air mineral/kosong (whatever you call it) ❤️Tak makan/minum benda manis unless datang dari buah ❤️I dont do diet atkins ❤️Breakfast is a must, i usually take fruits & veges, lunch makan nasi BUT SIKIT JE, dinner usually sama macam breakfast *Tak pergi gim* WORK YOUR ASS OFF! WORKOUT GUYS WORKOUT. DIET JE TAK JALAN sangat. i didnt go to the gym because i dont have money hahah but you can do simple workout, cari on YouTube/google. i spend 2 hours max for 6 days in a week (sehari rehat). MOTIVASI KURUS Just nak tanya beforehand, apa motivational korang? nak kurus untuk apa? Just nak tanya beforehand, apa motivational korang? nak kurus untuk apa? Exercise can be in many form: kemas rumah, cuci toilet, mop lantai masa mandi boleh squad or do any legs exercise sebelum tidur buat sit up 20 kali cuci kereta jalan jalan dan jalan kalau tak nak lari cycling swimming anything yang korang prefer. Ok tu je!
